You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. aku4d enforces a strict 21+ policy and will suspend or permanently close any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued on such an account will be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. To access betting and gaming services on aku4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aku4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
aku4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform communications. However, the security of your Account also depends on your own practices. You should use a strong, unique password, avoid accessing your Account on shared or public devices, and log out of your session when using a shared computer.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing terms and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
aku4d is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its international anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance framework. You agree to submit, upon request, any or all of the following documents:
aku4d may request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point that the Company deems appropriate for compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. Persistent failure to comply, or the submission of fraudulent documents, will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds, which may be reported to relevant authorities.
aku4d supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is always available on the Platform's deposit page.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Company and displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method. The Company reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion.
Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed bank receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant. aku4d is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
Approved withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes under standard conditions, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending compliance review. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed during standard banking hours (WIB). The Company may require additional verification for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that occur in patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay.

All transactions on aku4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion charges applied by a Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. The Company will make reasonable attempts to contact the Member before applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable fee schedule is available on request from our support team.
aku4d may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback, and other promotional rewards to Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions when accepted by the Member.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game categories are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms. Bets placed on games or markets excluded from a promotion's wagering calculation will not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting with other Members to reduce risk, or exploiting errors in bonus logic — is strictly prohibited. aku4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
aku4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a Member has already opted in, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Members and honour any bets already placed under the original terms.
aku4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a bet is suspected to be placed in bad faith, in error, or based on non-public information. The Company's decision on the settlement of any wager is final, subject to the formal dispute process set out below.
All sports bets are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia fixtures are subject to the relevant competition rules as interpreted by aku4d's trading team. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner; a void selection in a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator leg count rather than void the entire slip, unless stated otherwise in the specific sport rules.
Casino games — including slots, live Baccarat, live Roulette, live Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and game-show titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game as supplied by the relevant certified studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Pocket Games Soft). Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on aku4d are conducted by independently verified providers. Draw results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of a Member's misreading of the ticket or result display. Results are published in WIB and archived on the Platform for a minimum of 90 days.
If a sporting event or draw is cancelled, postponed beyond the published rescheduling window, or declared void by the relevant governing body, aku4d will void all affected bets and return the stake to the Member's Account Balance within 24 hours of the official determination.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a wager must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the relevant result being published. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered. aku4d will respond to all disputes within 5 business days (WIB). The Company's final determination, made after reviewing all available evidence including server logs, is binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

aku4d endeavours to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. aku4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aku4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Where aku4d is found liable to a Member under these Terms, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aku4d shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.
aku4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to the Company's legal retention obligations under applicable international AML and gaming regulations.
aku4d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — aku4d will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Members via their registered contact method. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aku4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
